How do I reserve a moonwalk? Just call us at 847-809-2009 or email us at luke@ready2bounce.com
How far in advance can I reserve a moonwalk? The sooner the better because our moonwalks are booked on a first come first serve basis.
Are you licensed and insured? Yes, we are liscensed and insured. Please note that every individual or company renting from us will be required to sign a rental agreement prior to set-up.
Location of set up? The best place for set up would be a level grassy area. All moonwalks are anchored down. If you need to set up on concrete please let us know and we will supply sandbags . Make sure there are no sprinkler lines or utilities close to the perimeter of the moonwalk site. Please do not run sprinklers or mow lawn the same day in the set up area. Please make sure the set up area is clear of any waste/debris/pet dropping prior to our arrival. It is the customer’s responsibility to clean area prior to set up.
How many people will your moonwalks hold? The maximunm number of riders in each unit are either 4 full-size adults or 8 children.
Do you charge for set-up and/or delivery? Delivery fees may apply.
Do you require a deposit? Yes, we do require a deposit. A $50 deposit is taken when reservation is placed. The deposit may be paid by cash, visa, or mastercard. The rest of the balance is due at time of set-up and must be paid by cash, visa, or mastercard.
What is your bad weather policy? Bouncers cannot be used if there are winds of 20 mph or more and cannot be used in the rain. It would not be safe for your children. If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior to delivery, we will call you and discuss whether we should cancel the rental and reschedule your event. If we set up the unit, and the weather later turns inclement (rain or higher winds), we will pick up the unit according to schedule. However, in this event, no refund will be given.
Are your units clean? All of our units are cleaned and checked before and after each rental. Every unit is in excellent condition and is less than a year old.
How much space do I need? We need a minimum of 2' of clearance on all sides of the inflatable. A 19'x19' area is required for most moonwalks and a 17'x22' for combo units. The area should be flat, free of debris, rocks, and trees. We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.
What type of power is needed for an inflatable? We need a standard 3 prong outlet to be with-in a hundred feet of the unit. We will supply the power cords. If the party is at a forest preserve, park, or the outlet is not with-in reach then we can supply a generator for a $75 charge.
What are your safety rules??? 1. Always have adult supervision present. 2. Children must remove their shoes prior to entering the unit. 3. No horseplay or flips. 4. Absolutely NO gum, food, drinks, candy or silly string in the unit. These items, especially silly string, are very harmful to the vinyl. Violation of this rule can result in additional charges for cleaning. 5. Keep smaller children out of the unit when older children are jumping. Allow a separate time for just the small children to participate and enjoy the fun. 6. Do not move the unit from the set up location for any reason. 7. Do not use near water, fireworks, or silly string.
Can I tip the drivers/delivery person? Of course, they work hard to make your event a huge success
